So You Want to Be a Psychologist?

The first step to become a Psychologist, you will need to cover up the entire degree level, i.e. Bachelor in Psychology, post graduation degree and then Ph.D degree. The psychology programmes extended to 4 year undergraduate degree in addition to 4 to 6 years doctorate degree.

      You don’t require an MBBS degree to become a PSYCHOLOGIST. Just a BSc. Or if you can , MSc and MPhil.
      However , if you want to be a PSYCHIATRIST , you will require an MBBS degree.

      You can understand it like this. A PSYCHOLOGIST is not a doctor and doesn’t prescribe any medicines. But a PSYCHIATRIST does.
