Chitkara University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Students should have completed class 12th level examination from any recognized board.
• Marks: Applicants will need to score atleast 60% marks in class 10+2.
• Subject: In qualifying examination, one should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects.
• Score: Candidates must have valid score of JEE Main examination.
• Appearing: Applicants appearing in final year in 2025 will also be eligible to apply.

For B.Arch Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed class 10+2 level examination from any recognized board.
• Marks: To be eligible, applicants will need to score minimum 50% marks in qualifying exam.
• Subject: Students should have English and Mathematics as a mandatory subject in class 10+2.
• Score: Applicants must have a valid scorecard of NATA/ JEE Main. 

For MBA Course:

• Qualification: Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline to be eligible.
• Marks: Students will need to score at least 50% marks in qualifying exam to apply for admission.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in final exam in 2025 will be eligible for admission.

Chitkara University 2025 Admission Procedure 

There will be no separate entrance exam conducted by the university to offer admission to students. The university will provide admission on the basis of candidate’s performance in class 12th level and scores of national level entrance examinations such as JEE Main, NATA etc.

The university will shortlist students on the basis of their scores in qualifying examination. Candidates will need to report to the university for admission procedure after the seat allotment process. The final admission will be given on the basis of counselling process, group discussion and personal interview for some courses.

Chitkara University 2025 Merit List 

The Chitkara University merit list 2025 will be released in the fourth week of July 2025. It will contain the names of students who will be shortlisted for admission process. Applicants will be able to check the merit list through online mode.

Chitkara University 2025 Counselling

The Chitkara University counselling 2025 will be organized in the third week of August 2025. The university will allot seats to students on the basis of their rank and selected courses. It will start after few days of publication of merit list. 

Students will need to appear as person before the Counselling Committee on specified date and time. Applicants will need to submit the counselling fee for getting seat in university. The final admission will be provided to students after the verification of documents.
