HPCET 2024 Answer Key will be available in the second week of May 2024. Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) conducts the HPCET Examination. Every year, this state-level entrance examination is organised for admissions in the state. The exam is held for the candidates seeking admission into various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Qualified candidates will get admission into various courses i.e B.Tech, B.Pharma, MBA, and MCA courses.

HPCET 2024 Answer Key
HPCET 2024 Answer Key will be available through the online mode by visiting the website. The HPCET 2024 Answer Key will be available in the second week of May 2024. The candidates will be able to download the answer key by entering their login credentials i.e User ID and Password.
HPCET 2024 Examination will be conducted on 10th May 2024 through offline mode. HPTU will also provide the opportunity to object against the provisional answer key. Candidates will have a limited time to raise an objection to the provisional answer key.
After the objection facility’s deadline, the authority will issue the final answer key. Before the announcement of results, applicants can estimate their grades using the answer key.

How to Download HPCET 2024 Answer Key
Here are the steps to download the HPCET 2024 Answer Key:
- Visit to the online website (link will be provided above).
- To download the “HPCET 2024 Answer Key” click the link.
- Type your User ID and Password to log in.
- Now, the answer key will appear on the computer screen.
- Download the answer key and calculate the probable score.
- Take a print out of the answer key for further use.
Response Sheet/ OMR Sheet
The HPCET 2024 Response Sheet/ OMR Sheet will be provided to the candidates after the release of the provisional answer key. Candidates will be able to access the response sheet through online mode only.
With the release of preliminary answer key and the response sheet, aspirants will be able to estimate their marks. In case of any error in the response sheet, candidates can raise objections against the sheet. The candidates will be required to pay fee in order to object the HPCET 2024 response sheet/ OMR sheet.
How to Calculate Scores Using Answer Key
The candidates will be able to calculate their scores by matching their OMR sheet and the provisional answer key. If the answers in the OMR sheet will be correct as provided on the answer key, then candidates will be able to calculate their probable scores.
For each correct answer, add +4 marks and deduct -1 mark each for each incorrect answer.

HPCET 2024 Answer Key Challenge
The HPCET 2024 Objection Facility will be available for a brief period of time. The applicants will be required to pay a prescribed amount of fee for the objection. After the deadline for objection, challenge facility will not be available. The objections can be also submitted via email.
The following are the methods to raise an objection against the answer key:
- Visit the online website.
- Click on the link provided to raise an objection to the answer key.
- Now, submit the challenge and attach the required documents.
- Choose a payment method and pay the non refundable fee through online mode.
HPCET 2024 Final Answer Key
The HPCET Final Answer Key will be released after the provisional answer key. The right answers will be included in the final answer key. No objections will be made against the final answer key.
The authority will not provide any challenge facility after release of the final answer key. Candidates will be able to match their OMR Sheet with the final answer key to estimate their scores. The final answer key will be used as the basis for the merit list. On the basis of the final answer key, the result will be declared by the authority through online mode.
HPCET 2024 Result
The HP CET 2024 Results will be announced by 21st May 2024. Aspirants can visit the website to view the result via online mode. The aspirants will be required to fill the login credentials to access the result. To view the result, aspirants will be required to fill the login credentials i.e User ID and Password.
It will be released on the basis of the final answer key. Candidates are suggested to keep the hard copy of the result till the admission procedure. The admission will be given to the qualified candidates on the basis of the released merit list.
