Madhu Vachaspati Institute of Engineering & Technology, Kaushambi

Madhu Vachaspati Institute of Engineering & Technology (MVIET) is a private and self-financed institution set up by the Vachaspati Madhupati Prani Sewa Sansthan. The institution was established from the session 2009-10. The UPTU, Lucknow is the affiliation body of this institution and the AICTE and MHRD, New Delhi is the approval body of it. The institution is also approved by the UP Board of Technical Education and the State Government of UP.

Campus:

The MVIET is situated on the Allahabad – Kanpur Highway (G.T Road (National Highway-2)) in Koilaha at Post Rasoolabad in Kaushambi, the district of UP. The campus is spread over an area of 20 acres land. The campus is well-connected by the roads and rail.

Programmes:

The MVIET is offering the 4-year full-time B.Tech degree programme in five disciplines of engineering and technology and a 2-year full-time MBA programme in various aspects of management study.

Students:

The total intake capacity of the MVIET in term of admission in every year is 540 students in all programmes. The college has a squad of total 44 members as the faculty.

Facilities:

The MVIET is providing ambient facilities to its students. The college housed in academic block, hostels, seminar hall, lecture hall, sports ground, indoor court, library, workshop, computer centre and cafeteria. The Wi-Fi internet facility is provided in entire campus with medical care and transport facility. The college offers the scholarship to the students as per the norm of UP Government.

The MVIET has a training and placement centre. This centre is providing the job placement to the students and arranging the industrial visits, trainings and various development programmes for the students.

The MVIET organizes various conductive and orientation programmes as co-curricular and extracurricular activities for the skill development of the student.
