Marathwada Institute of Technology, Bulandshahar

Marathwada Institute of Technology (MIT) was established in the year 1999 as a private, self-financed and co-educational institution set up by the Gramodyogik Shikshan Mandal, Maharashtra. The college is affiliated to the UP technical University, Lucknow. The MIT is approved by the AICTE, MHRD, New Delhi and State Government of UP.
Campus:
The campus is situated on the Dhamera – Chola Road in Bulandshahar, the district of UP. The campus is 7 km away from the Chola Railway Station and 72 km from IGI Airport, New Delhi. It has largest campus area among private institutions.
Programmes:
The college is offering total 9 academic programmes as five B.Tech and two diploma programmes in the field of engineering & technology and one UG and PG programme in computer application. The college provides the special assistance and guidance for preparation of civil services examination and SSB interviews.
Students & Faculty:
The Marathwada Institute of Technology is offering around 690 seats for admission in all programmes as an intake capacity. The college has 60 faculty members in all departments.
Facilities:
The college provides extra classes after normal hours, computer based training, rich collection of the books in the library, good internet connectivity, scholarship for meritorious students, separated hostels for boys (two hostels) and girl (one hostel) and good transportation facility.
The TPO cell of the college provides the job placement to the students. The cell conducts the mock interviews, group discussion and trainings. The college has signed MOU with various companies for placement.
The college conducts Educator Meet, Alumni Meet and Seminar. The college also celebrates the Women’s Day, Science Festival and Annual Day.
