Prem Prakash Gupta Institute of Engineering & Management, Bareilly

Prem Prakash Gupta Institute of Engineering & Management (PPGIEM) is a self-financed and private institution. In the year 2009, the college was established. The college is run by ‘Prem Prakash Gupta Charitable Foundation’. The college is promoted by the MBA professionals having more than 40 years experience and IITians. The institution has been affiliated with the UPTU, Lucknow and MJP Rohilkhand University. The PPGIEM has been approved by the AICTE and MHRD, New Delhi. The PPGIEM has been also approved by the UP Board of Technical Education and the State Government of UP.

Campus:

The PPGIEM campus is situated on the Bareilly – Lucknow Highway (NH-24) in Village Dehlau at Post Rajau and Tehsil Faridpur in Bareilly, the district of UP. The campus consists of two colleges as the Institute of Engineering and the Institute of Management. The campus is 16 km away from the Bareilly.

Programmes:

There are five academic programmes conducted by the PPGIEM. The institutions offer B.Tech programme in four disciplines & polytechnic diploma course in two disciplines in the field of engineering and technology. The institutions also offer the BBA programme, BCA programme and an MBA programme in five disciplines in the field of management study. The BBA and BCA programmes have been affiliated to the MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.

Facilities:

The PPGIEM is providing the scholarship to the students have scored more than 60% marks at their graduation level. On campus there are separated hostel for boys and girls. The campus provides the library with huge number of volumes, medical facility, transportation facility and a canteen.

Placement:

The campus provides the 100% placement assistance to the students with the session of group discussion, mock interviews, guest interaction, seminars and campus interviews.

Activities:

The PPGIEM conducts the co-curricular activities like workshops, seminars and expert lectures. The institution also conducts the extracurricular activities like floweret, drawing, techno-haul, management fest, powerful girls, international women’s day and talent hunt.
