Maharashtra SSC Result 2024 will be announced via online mode. It will be released by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE). The Maharashtra Board is responsible to organize SSC as well as HSC examination. This board was formed in the year 1966 under Maharashtra Secondary Boards Act 1965. The main head office is situated in Pune city. The board conducts SSC exam two times in a year, i.e. final (May-April) & re-examination (Oct-Nov). In 2022 year, total 15,62,393 students have appeared in the exam out of which only 15,14,584 students passed the exam. The overall passing percentage of 2022 was 96.94%.

In year 2023, total 15, 29, 096 students appeared in the examination, out of which 14,34,898 qualified the examination. Total of 93.83 % qualified the examination. 92.05% were boys & 95.87% were girls.
