Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) conducts the High School Leaving Certificate Examination every year. The board was started working from the 15th November 1973 by an Act by the Nagaland Legislative Assembly. The board’s headquarter is situated in Kohima, Nagaland. Board will release the result for every exam participated candidates through online mode. Candidates will be able to check their result by login into the website of board. Candidates must get their results by using their login credentials such as roll number and name. Candidates can also apply for re-correction or revaluation of the exam paper after the declaration of result. The result of re-correction of exam paper will be provided within 20 days.

NBSE HSLC Result 2024 Releasing Dates

Last year, examination was conducted from 10th to 22nd March 2023 and result for the same has been declared on 24th May 2023. This year NBSE HSLC examinations are being conducted from 13th to 23rd February 2024.

Result is expected to be announced in the month of April 2024. The notification regarding publication of result will be declared on the official website and in local newspaper.

NBSE HSLC Result Analysis

Here, we have given the last five year result analysis after gathering information from various sources.

As per the above table, in the year 2013, total 18,005 students were appeared in the HSLC exam from which 60.45 students passed the examination. In the next year, the passing percentage was increased by 1%.

In the year 2016, the passing percentage was 65.42%. In year 2017, the overall passing percentage of boys is 68 and that of girls is 70%.

In the year 2017, total of 22,456 students sit in the examination out of which 70.19% students passed the exam. There is a decrement in the number of appeared students in the last year.

In the year 2023, total 24, 361 candidates are appeared in the NBSE HSLC examination and total 17,130 students got passed.

• Click on the ‘Find Results’ button.
• The result will be opened in the pdf format.
