Roorkee Engineering & Management Technology Institute, Shamli

Roorkee Engineering & Management Technology Institute (REMTI) is well-known as REMTech Institute. The REMTech is a private and self-financed institution, set up by the Shri Salek Chand Inder Sain Jain (SALIN) Foundation. The REMTech was established in the year 2008, approved by the UP Board of Technical Education, AICTE and MHRD. The campus is affiliated to the MTU, Noida. The REMTech is accredited by the ISO 9001:2008 as quality certified institution.

Campus:

The REMTech is situated on the Shamli – Panipat Road in Village Manna Mazara in Shamli, the district of UP. The Shamli was a Tehsil of Muzaffarnagar district, has been become as a district of full authority in the year 2011 with the named Prabudh Nagar, which had renamed as the known and popular Shamli in the year 2012. The campus is 8 km away from the Shamli City and 25 km from Panipat City.

Programmes:

The REMTech offers the 4 year B.Tech programme in five disciplines in the field of engineering & technology and MBA programme in four disciplines in the field of management study.

Students, Faculty & Staff:

The REMTech has 420 seats as annual intake capacity, 42 faculty members and 32 administrative staff.

Facilities:

The REMTech campus houses in laboratories, computer centre, classrooms, library, guest house, cafeteria and hostels. The campus provides the transportation and sports facilities to the students.

The campus is conducting the various club activities for groom-up the leadership quality into the students. The campus organizes various extracurricular activities.

Placement:

The campus has a tie-up with various companies for providing summer training, project studies and job placement for the students. The foundation society has established an own placement agency “Magtech Solution Private Limited”.
