Shri Ram Murti Smarak Women’s College of Engineering & Technology, Bareilly

Shri Ram Murti Smarak Women’s College of Engineering & Technology (SRMSWCET) was established in the year 1998 as a self-financed and private institution. The institution is run by the SRMS Trust and offers professional education to the women’s section of the society. The college has also selected for TEQIP of National project implementation unit of the Government of India to be financed by the World Bank. The SRMSWCET campus has been affiliated with the UPTU, Lucknow. The SRMSWCET campus has been approved by the AICTE and MHRD, New Delhi and UP Board of Technical Education.

Campus:

The SRMSWCET campus is situated on the Bareilly – Nainital Road at Bhojipura in Bareilly, the district of UP. The campus is 15km away from the Bareilly Railway Station. The campus has built over an area of 30 acres of land with the SRMSWCET. The campus is well-connected to the city by ample facility of local conveyance.

Programmes:

The SRMSWCET offers two academic UG and PG programmes as B.Tech programmes in four disciplines of engineering & technology and an MBA programme in various disciplines of management study.

Students & Faculty:

The SRMSWCET has around 420 seats as an annual intake capacity of students for admission in all programmes. The SRMSWCET has 22% PhD holders out of 45 faculty members in all departments.

Facilities:

The SRMSWCET is providing the education loan facility to the needy students. The campus provides the facility of lecture rooms, project rooms, tutorial rooms, hostels, cafeteria, medical care, sports, library, laboratories, computer hall and transportation.

Placement:

The training & placement cell of the campus is organizing the industrial tour, online logical reasoning test, industrial trainings, mock interviews, campus interviews and job placement. The EDI of India organizes for three days training programme every year on campus.

The institution conducts the co-curricular & extracurricular activities with personality development programme.
