• Application form will be released by university through online mode only.
• Kalyani University 2025 application form will be released in third week of July 2025 for UG courses and  first week of July 2025 for PG courses.
• Applying candidates must satisfy the eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
• Provide relevant details i.e. name, email ID, phone number and other asked details in the application form.
• After filling the form, upload all scanned documents such as photograph and signature in a specific format.
• Candidates will not be able to fill the application form after first week of August 2025, as the authority will deactivate the apply link from the website.
• Authority will not provide any correction facility once the application form is submitted, so candidates must fill in correct and valid details.
• At last, take a printout of filled application form for future references.

Application Fee:

• Application fee will be submitted via both online and offline mode.
• Online transactions will be done using Debit card, Credit card, Net banking payment gateways.
• Candidates will have to send Demand Draft (DD) in favour of Kalyani University for offline payment.

Kalyani University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants are required to satisfy the given Kalyani University Eligibility Criteria 2025:

For UG Courses:

• Qualification: One must have completed class 12th level or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Marks: Candidates must obtain at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates) in the qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Appearing candidates will also be eligible to apply.

For PG Courses:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must hold a Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/ institute will be eligible for admission.
• Marks:  At least 55% marks must be scored in qualifying exam to be eligible for admission.  
• Appearing: Candidates  appearing in final year of qualifying degree will also be eligible.

For M.Tech:

• Qualification: To be eligible, one must have passed a Bachelor Degree in B.Tech/ BE or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Marks: Applicants must obtain at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
• Score: Candidates having a valid scorecard of GATE exam will be able to apply for same.
• Appearing: Candidates who will be appearing in final year examination in year of admission will also be able to apply.

Kalyani University 2025 Admission Procedure

Kalyani University Admission Procedure 2025 will be done based on scores obtained by candidates in class 12th level and national level entrance exam. Candidates will be required to register themselves in order to be eligible for further procedure.
