S.V Agricultural College (SVAC), Tirupati

S.V Agricultural College (SVAC) was established in 1961 at Trupati to train human resources needed for agriculture sector for the development of the state of Andhra Pradesh (Education). The university came into existence on 21 August, 1964. The college is affiliated to S.V. University and approved by ICAR (Indian Council of Agriculture & Research). The college offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Research Programme in Agriculture Science.

Campus

S.V. College of Agriculture was spread over 30 acres of land. It provides the farms for plantation and research projects for the students. Today, the college’s farm is considered as research station for the many students from many other universities. The campus of the college bears many modern based facilities for the students. The faculty of the college is eminent and highly experienced and qualified.

The laboratories of college are equipped with different instruments. It has medicinal and herbal garden facility for the students. It also provides the accommodation and transport facility for the students and institution staff.
