Delhi University Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech Programme:

  • Qualifying level: Students must have passed Class XII or its equivalent from a single recognised board.
  • Marks & subjects: Students must have secured 60% or more marks in an aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as a subject of study at Senior school certificate examination level.
  • Mandatory Score: Students must have appeared in JEE Mains paper -1.

UG Programme:

  • Qualifying level: Candidates must have passed 10th/ 12th or its equivalent from a recognised university.
  • Mandatory Exam Score: It is compulsory for candidates to appear for CUET UG exam in subjects which he/she has passed / appearing in 12th.
  • Programme specific eligibility: Students must refer to DU’s bulletin of information to know programme specific eligibility criteria.

For PG Programme:

  • Qualifying level: Candidates must have Bachelors degree or its equivalent from a recognised university.
  • Qualifying Marks: He/ she should have secured minimum aggregate 50% marks (UR/ OBC-NCL/ EWS) or equivalent grade from a recognised board/ university. For ST/ SC/ PWBD category, 45% is minimum marks.
  • Mandatory Exam Score: It is compulsory for candidates to appear for CUET PG exam in subjects which he/ she has passed/ appearing in UG.
