MSRUAS 2026 Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech: 

• Qualification: Candidates must pass class 12th level exam from a recognized board to be eligible. 
• Marks: In qualifying exam, candidates need to obtain at least 45% marks for general (40% marks for reserved category) to apply. 
• Subject: To be eligible, candidates must have Physics and Mathematics as a mandatory subject along with any one from Chemistry, Electronics, Biology and Computer Science. 
• Scores: A valid score of COMEDK, KCET & JEE Mains will be considered. 

M.Tech: 

• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must have passed B.Tech/ BE degree from a recognized university/ institute. 
• Marks: Candidates must obtain at least 50% marks in qualifying examination. 
• Subject: Applying candidates must have passed with a related specialisation/ discipline. 

MBA: 

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. 
• Marks: In graduation, candidates are required to obtain at least 50% aggregate marks to apply. 

MSRUAS 2026 Admission Procedure

Admission in RUAS is provided to the eligible candidates qualifying the RUASAT entrance exam conducted by the University. Students have to follow complete selection/ admission procedure as described by the university on its website.

Beside entrance exam for admission in various courses, the Engineering admissions are provided based on scores of COMEDK/ JEE Mains and KCET scores but one must submit the application to RUAS. For relevant courses, scores in CAT/ MAT/ SLAT/ CLAT are considered. Those having valid scores in these entrance exam need not to appear for RUASAT.

MSRUAS 2026 Entrance Exam 

RUASAT (Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences Admission Test) is the entrance exam conducted by MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. It is a university level entrance exam conducted to provide admission into various UG & PG courses. Exam will be conducted through online CBT mode. 

University conducts this exam in various phases every year. Exam of session 1 will be conducted from 6th to 12th April 2026 & session 2 exam from 20th to 26th April 2026. It will be mandatory for the candidates to qualify the exam to get admission into various offered courses. 

MSRUAS 2026 Result/ Merit List 

Result of MSRUAS 2026 is announced through online mode. Candidates have to use their login credentials on the website to download the result. In the form of a merit list, results are displayed on the website. As per the students performance in the RUASAT entrance exam and eligibility merit for UG and PG will be published.

After downloading the result from the website, candidates must keep the hardcopy of it safe for future reference. Those qualified candidates in the entrance exam will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. 

In case of seat vacancies left after the merit list announcement, allotment of seats is done on a day-to-day basis based on valid scores and admission policy of RUAS.

MSRUAS 2026 Counselling 

MSRUAS 2026 counselling procedure will be organized through online mode. Those qualified candidates in the entrance exam will be eligible to participate in the admission process. University will call those candidates whose names will be present in the merit list.  

Seats will be allocated by the university based on the performance of candidates in the exam. Eligible candidates will receive an invitation email regarding counselling procedure. After verifying the documents, the seats will be allocated to the candidates. Confirm the admission by paying a fee before the last date given on the provisional offer letter.
