Amrita Common Aptitude Test is a university level nationwide entrance exam conducted to provide admission into MBA courses. Qualifying candidates in entrance test can get admission in MBA in six prestigious campuses of Amrita University in Amravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Kochi, Mysuru, and Coimbatore. Admission is also offered through CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ACAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ GRE scores based.

ACAT 2026 Application Form 

Candidates can get complete Amrita (ACAT) 2026 application form details below: 

• Amrita (ACAT) 2026 Application Form has been released for MBA course. 
• Candidates can complete the registration procedure through online mode, no offline method is available. 
• Before applying for the exam, candidates must fulfil the complete eligibility criteria below to avoid rejection. 
• During form filling, enter the details such as personal, academic qualification, & other asked information. 
• After submission of form, there will be no correction facility provided by the university, so one must crosscheck the details before submission. 
• After form filling, upload the relevant documents such as Photograph & signature as per the given specifications. 
• The deadline to submit the application form for Phase I will be till 15th February 2026.

Application Fee: 

• Application fee of Amrita (ACAT) 2026 can be submitted through online mode.

Amrita MBA 2026 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a university/ institute recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU). 
• Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must score at least 50% marks (Bengaluru, Amritapuri, Amaravati, Kochi campuses). Minimum 60% aggregate marks for Coimbatore campus. 
• Selection: Candidates with a valid scorecard of ACAT/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ GRE can also apply. 
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in qualifying degree in 2025 are also eligible to apply. 

Amrita (ACAT) 2026 Admission Procedure 

Admission procedure of Amrita (ACAT) 2026 will be organized through online mode. It will be organized based on marks secured in various entrance exam. There will be various steps in the admission procedure such as application form filling, review application & conduct of entrance exam, etc.

The authority will conduct a personal interview (PI) round for selected candidates. Based on the performance in qualifying exam, ACAT Rank (Amrita Common Entrance Test) & other criteria, candidates will be selected for PI Rounds. Candidates can also apply for MBA admission through CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ GRE scores. During PI round, university will examine the written, communication skills, GK and overall personality skills of candidates. 

Amrita MBA (ACAT) 2026 Scholarship

Amrita MBA 2026 Common Entrance Test (ACAT)

Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeeth conducts its own entrance exam to provide admission into MBA courses. Amrita MBA ACAT 2026 is a university level entrance exam conducted through Computer Based Test (CBT). Exam Dates for 2026 have been announced via online mode. Exam will be conducted on 7th & 8th February 2026 for Phase I. Exam dates of phase II is yet to be announced. 

As per the exam pattern of Amrita MBA (ACAT) 2026 – 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes) of total time duration will be given to solve the exam. In paper, a total 100 questions (25 questions in each section) will be asked. 

In the syllabus of Amrita MBA 2026, questions paper has 4 sections – Data Interpretation, verbal reasoning and language comprehension, general knowledge of Indian and global scenarios and quantitative aptitude. In exam, 3 marks will be awarded for each question and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. 

Amrita MBA (ACAT) 2026 Result/ Merit List 

Amrita MBA (ACAT) 2026 result will be announced through online mode. Candidates appearing in the entrance exam will be able to access the result from the website of ACAT. To download the result, candidates will have to use their login credentials on the given space. 

The university will also prepare a merit list for eligible candidates. Merit list of Amrita MBA (ACAT) 2026 will consist of the names of qualified candidates in the exam. Those qualified candidates in the entrance exam will be able to participate in further counselling procedures.  

Amrita MBA (ACAT) 2026 Cut Off

University will release the Amrita MBA (ACAT) 2026 cut off marks through online mode. Those candidates who will secure a minimum qualifying cut off marks in ACAT 2026 or any other entrance exam will be eligible for admission. It will consist of minimum cut off marks which decide the qualifying status of candidates for admission. 

For ACAT and other national/ state level entrance exam qualified candidates, a separate cut off mark will be prepared by the university. There will be numerous factors considered for determining cut off marks such as marks secured by the candidates in exam, availability of seats, number of applicants appearing for exam, etc. 

Amrita MBA (ACAT) 2026 Counselling 

Those shortlisted in the entrance exam will be eligible to participate in Amrita MBA (ACAT) 2026 counselling procedure. Counselling will be organized through online mode. It will be conducted in July 2026. To participate in the counselling procedure will be mandatory for all the selected candidates. 

Based on the performance in entrance exam & rank obtained in merit list followed by PI round, the admission will be offered to the candidates. Through email & SMS, candidates will be informed regarding PI round. For the verification procedure, candidates will have to carry their original documents. Admission will be confirmed after fee submission.
