Assam ITI Admission 2021: Allotment (Released), Counselling Procedure

Assam ITI 2021 Fourth Seat Allotment has been released. The admission will be managed by Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training, Assam. It is a state level admission procedure which is conducted every year. Candidates will be able to get admission in various engineering and non- engineering fields. Admission will be offered by various private and government ITIs. No entrance examination will be conducted by the authority. Admission will be offered on the basis of merit list. Assam ITI 2021 Application Form

Candidates must check all details about Assam ITI 2021 application form in the given section:

• Application form has been released through online mode. Any offline facility can not be provided.
• Candidates can fill their application form from 3rd September 2021. 
• Application process include various steps i.e. registration, filling of online applications, document upload, fee payment and other.
• Fill details i.e. personal, communication, academic and other carefully to avoid such a kind of mistakes.
• Candidates must fill correct details in the application form after submission of the application form any correction facility can not be provided.
• Upload recent scanned passport size photograph and signature in the application form.
• Documents should be uploaded in JPG file format.
• Candidates can fill their application form till 14th September 2021.
• There is no need to send any hard copy of the application by post.
• Take printout of the filled application form and keep it safe for other future references.

Application Fee:

• Application fee is Rs. 25 for all candidates.
• Candidates can pay their application fee through online mode.
• Online fee can be paid via credit card/ debit card or net banking.
• Application fee through any offline mode will not be accepted.
• Application fee is non- refundable and non- transferable under any circumstance.

Assam ITI 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must go through Assam ITI 2021 eligibility criteria before filling the application form:

• Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian citizen.
• Domicile: Applying candidate must have domicile of Assam state.
• Age Limit: He/She must have completed age of 14 years as on 1st July 2021. There will be no upper age limit to apply.
• Qualification: Candidates must pass 8th and 10th class or its equivalent from any recognized board.
• Marks Criteria: Candidates should obtain minimum 35% marks in their qualifying examination.
• Appearing: Candidates those are appearing in 8th or 10th class can also apply.

Assam ITI 2021 Admission Procedure

Assam ITI 2021 admission procedure is done based on various steps i.e. filling of application form, fee payment etc. Candidates also have to choose college and course as per their preferences. Based on the past qualifying exam, merit list will be released.

Only eligible candidates are able to attend counselling process. In the counselling, seats are allotted to the candidates based on their performances. Admission is confirmed after submission of the fee and further procedure.

Assam ITI 2021 Merit List

Assam ITI 2021 merit list has been released through online mode. Candidates can check merit list by entering application number or date of birth. Merit list is prepared based on the marks secured by the candidates in their qualifying exam and who have submitted applications successfully.

Candidates whose name is present in the merit list, are called for the counselling for seat allotment process. Merit list contain name and rank of the candidates.

Assam ITI 2021 Counselling

Assam ITI 2021 counselling has been started after releasing of the merit list. It is started from 22nd September 2021. Candidates whose name is present in the merit list are called for the counselling.

It is mandatory for the candidates to participate in the counselling by person. Candidates who can not be able to participate in the counselling, seats are not be allotted to them. Counselling process include various steps like document verification, seat allotment etc.

Candidates must bring required documents for verification process. Here we have listed documents which will be needed for verification process:

• Class 8th and 10th mark sheet
• 8th and 10th class certificates
• Category certificate
• Migration certificate
• Domicile
• Medical fitness certificate
• PWD certificate (if applicable)
• Passport size photographs etc.

Assam ITI 2021 Admission

Candidates have to report at the allotted college for further process to confirm Assam ITI 2021 admission. Candidates must report at the allotted college on given date and time. Candidates are also advised to bring seat allotment letter and other required documents.

Those candidate who can not be able to present on given time, their seats are cancelled. Admission is confirmed only after submission of the admission fee and documents verification process.
