PGIMER Nursing 2021 Result

PGIMER Nursing result has been published on 9th July 2021 for M.Sc. nursing courses. For B.Sc. nursing courses result has been released on 10th August 2021. Candidates can download their score card through online mode.

Candidates can download their score card by entering their login credentials i.e. user ID and password. Candidates are advised to take printout of the score card and keep it secure for admission and other preferences.

PGIMER Nursing 2021 Counselling

PGIMER Nursing counselling will be held on 26th July 2021 for M.Sc. courses. For B.Sc. nursing counselling will be begins form 20th August 2021. Candidates will be called for the counselling based on the merit list.

Counselling will be done based on various steps like interview, document verification, seat allotment etc. Candidates will also have to submit admission fee at the counselling day.

Candidates will have to bring following documents at the day of counselling:

  • 10th class mark sheet and certificate
  • 12th class mark sheet and certificate
  • Caste certificate/ category certificate
  • Domicile certificate
  • Passport size photographs etc.

PGIMER Nursing 2021 Application Form

Here candidates can check complete details about the PGIMER Nursing 2021 application form:

  • Application form has been released on 28th March 2021 for M.Sc. nursing and on 25th May 2021 for B.Sc. nursing.
  • Application form has been made available through online mode.
  • Candidates must fill details carefully in the application form including educational, communication, personal etc.
  • Documents i.e. photograph and signature must be uploaded in JPG/ JPEG format.
  • Candidates can fill their application form till the 27th April 2021 for M.Sc. nursing and till 24th June 2021 for B.Sc. nursing courses.
  • Candidates can make correction in M.Sc nursing application form from 29th April to 30th April 2021.
  • There is no need to send hardcopy of the application form through any offline mode.
  • Take a printout of the filled application form and keep it secure for other admission procedure.

Application Fee:

  • Application fee can be paid through online mode using credit card/ debit card or internet banking.
  • Application fee will not be refundable.
  • There are no application or examination fee for PWBD candidates.

PGIMER Nursing Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must go through the PGIMER Nursing 2021 eligibility criteria before applying:

For B.Sc. Nursing:

  • Only female candidates can apply for B.Sc. nursing (4 year).
  • Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th and 12th or its equivalent with physics, chemistry, biology and English subjects.
  • Marks Criteria: Candidates must secure minimum of 50% aggregate in their qualifying exam.
  • Age Limit: Candidate’s age should not be more than 25 years and must not be less than 17 year on 1st September 2021.

For Post Basic Nursing:

  • Qualification: Candidates must pass 10+2 standard from any recognized board.
  • Marks: Candidates must secure 50% of marks in general nursing and midwifery.
  • Candidates must have registered midwifery and registered nurse in state nursing council.
  • Age Limit: Candidates should not be more than 45 years as on 1st September 2021.

For M.Sc. Nursing:

  • Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.Sc. nursing/ post basic from any recognized institute.
  • Marks: Candidates must have secured 55% aggregate in their qualifying exam.
  • Experience: Candidates must have 1 year work experience after registration as midwifery and registered nurse.

PGIMER Nursing 2021 Exam Pattern

Candidates can check PGIMER Nursing exam pattern from below:

  • Mode of Exam: Examination will be conducted through offline mode.
  • Type of Question: Objective type questions will be asked in the examination.
  • Number of Questions: 100questions will be asked in the examination.
  • Language: Questions will be asked in English language.
  • Marks: Question paper will be of 100 marks.
  • Marking scheme: One mark will be provided for each correct response.
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

PGIMER Nursing 2021 Syllabus

Candidates must go through some topics of PGIMER Nursing 2021 syllabus:

For B.Sc. Nursing: Questions will be asked from the chemistry, biology, physics, current affairs, English etc. subjects.

For Post Basic: Questions will include topics i.e. medical surgical nursing, mental health nursing, child health nursing, midwifery and general knowledge, community health nursing etc.

For M.Sc. Nursing: Question paper will contain topics from nursing research, nursing foundation, obstetric nursing, child health nursing, medical surgical nursing etc.

Candidates can download their admit card by entering application number and password. Bring your admit card in the examination hall with one valid photo ID proof. Without admit card no candidate will be allowed in the exam hall.

  4. Sir u r telling that exam will be held in offline mode then what will be the exam centres for bsc nursing exam ??? As it is a national level exam so there will different examination centres for the students??? I want to know Which are those exam centres?? where will the actual exam held??

    1. So far authority didn’t have release any dates for commencement of registration process but we have mentioned the tentative dates in our articles, so please wait till then and keep checking our articles for further updates.
