Columbia Institute of Pharmacy, Raipur
Columbia Institute of Pharmacy, Raipur is run and managed by Janpragati Education Society (JPES). The institution was started in year 2003 with Diploma Pharmacy College in rented building at Raipur. It is affiliated to CSVTU, Bhilai and approved by AICTE & PCI, New Delhi. The goal of the institution is not only to excel in the field of education but also to conduct social and charitable outreach programmes.
Campus
Columbia Institute of Pharmacy has campus of about 25 acres of land, more than 3 lakh sq. ft. of construction. The institute of pharmacy is located in village Tekari, near Vidhan Sabha, Raipur. The separate buildings are constructed by the institution for each department which spreads over 5 acres of the area. The campus has well-designed laboratories, seminar hall, conference hall, classrooms, etc.
Facilities
The society has developed an institution with all modern technologies. It has well-equipped, well-facilitated and technically designed according to the norms of the regulatory bodies (PCI). Class rooms, girls common room, machine room, sophisticated instruments room, library with all necessary books and scientific journals with internet facility, all round development of the students are available in the campus. The campus also has a sports playground with all the sports facility.

Placement
The objective of placement cell is to make students employable. For the development of student’s personality, the institution conducts self development classes, English communication classes, and to improve technical GPAT coaching. Regular campus interviews are held each year for production, QA/ QC, Marketing, pharmacist’s placement. Guest lectures and industrial tour are also offered by the institution.
