NIFT 2026 Application Correction
The application form correction facility is provided by the exam conducting authority of NIFT. Candidates can make changes in details of application form from 21st to 22nd January 2026 (upto 11.50pm).
The corrections in the application form of NIFT 2026 can be done before the last date as authority does not allows correction facility after the last date. However, candidates are also advised to fill their application form carefully.
Corrections in Form Particulars
The correction facility is provided by the authority in some of the fields. Candidates can edit/ modify the details in the fields like personal and educational qualification details. However, changing the test centre is not permitted to the candidates.
After editing the data in the application form, if any candidate is found ineligible to apply for admission, then his/ her form gets cancelled. Moreover, the candidate’s application fee is not refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to fill the application form with the correct details.

How to Edit NIFT 2026 Application
Candidates can correct/ modify the details in the NIFT 2026 application form by following the steps given below:
- Go to the official website of NIFT (Direct link is given above).
- Click on the link given for the application correction.
- Enter the login credentials like user id, password etc.
- Make corrections in the permitted details like personal and educational qualification details.
- Review your corrected details and save the changes.
- Now, submit the changes made in the application form.
- Take the printout of the corrected application form to produce at the time of exam or admission.

Important Details Regarding Application Form
The registration process has been open from 6th December 2025. The application form can be filled by online mode through the website of NIFT. Candidates have to fill and submit the application form before the last date which is 16th January 2026.

I selected obc ncl catogary accidentally, my caste catogary is only obc and when I uploaded the certificate it wasn’t approved and asked for ncl certificate, which I don’t have so is it possible to change catogary in the applicant details .
