Amrita University 2026 Counselling is organized after the declaration of results. The counselling schedule and counselling letter can be checked by the candidates through the University portal. No students is provided counselling letters and rank through the post.
At the time of counselling students have to bring their counselling letter and all the required documents for verification process. It is important for the candidates to be physically present during counselling within the prescribed time and date.

AEEE 2026 Counselling Procedure
The complete counselling schedule will be released on the university portal. Candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of marks obtained by them in the entrance test and eligibility criteria. Some seats will be reserved for the students who have passed their 10+2 level from the state in which the respective campus is situated.
Candidates have to pay non-refundable counselling charge of Rs.10000 through demand draft. Before the seat allotment of the students, they will have to pay the tuition fee. In case any candidate withdraws his/her seat before the start of classes, the fee is refunded to the candidate after deducting the processing fee.

Admission into Amrita University is offered on the basis of rank obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam conducted by the University. The university will release a separate rank list for various campuses.
Candidates obtaining the minimum qualifying marks will be called for the counselling process. Selected candidates will have to attend the counselling process within the time prescribed by the students with all the required documents. Students must bring their original as well as photocopies of the below mentioned documents:
- 10th Class Mark sheet and Pass Certificate
- 12th Class Mark sheet and Pass Certificate
- Admit card of AEEE 2026
- Community certificate (In case of SC/ST)
- Transfer Certificate from the school last attended
- Other documents/ testimonials specified in the call letter

AEEE 2026 Cut Off
The cut off is the minimum number of marks that applicants must receive in the examination. Candidates must score the minimum cut-off marks in order to be considered for admission. Amrita University 2026 Cut Off list will be made available through online mode on the website. To check it no login credentials will be required as it will be released in PDF format.
There are some factors through which the cutoff is determined including the number of applicants who took the exam, the availability of seats, the preference filled out by the candidates, the difficulty level of the exam, and the category.
