JLU 2026 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Those candidates who have passed class 12th or equivalent exam from a recognized board can apply. 
• Subject: Candidates must have Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry as a mandatory subject in the qualifying exam to apply. 
• Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must have secured 50% marks. 
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in the final exam in 2026 will also be eligible to apply for admission. 

For BBA Course: 

• Qualification: Candidates must have completed class 12th level or equivalent from any recognized to be eligible. 
• Marks: To be eligible for admission, candidates must have obtained 50% marks in the qualifying exam. 

For M.Tech Course: 

• Qualification: Applying candidates must pass B.Tech/ B.E degree holder or equivalent field from any recognized university. 
• Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must have secured at least 50% marks to be eligible. 
• Appearing: Those final year appearing candidates will also be eligible to apply. 

JLU 2026 Admission Procedure 

Admission procedure of JLU 2026 will be organized through online mode. There will be various steps in the admission procedure such as registration, fee, entrance exam & personal interview (PI). Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the entrance exam & PI round.

For admission to UG courses, the university will also accept the CUET scores. Candidates with a valid scorecard of other national level entrance exams i.e CAT/MAT/ LSAT/ GMAT/ JEE/ GATE/ UGC NET/ SLET/ NET state level fellowship, etc will also be eligible for admission. 

JLU 2026 Entrance Exam (JLURET)

Jagran Lakecity University (JLU) conducts its own entrance exam at university level to provide admission. JLURET (Jagram Lakecity University Research Entrance Test) is the entrance exam conducted to provide admission into various UG & PG courses. JLURET is the part of the assessment process for admission to all available courses at university. 

There will be two parts in the JLU 2026 admission test. In part A, MCQs will be asked which will comprise a total of 60% marks & Part-B will be total 40% marks which includes Personal Interview & other rounds.

JLU 2026 Result/ Merit List

Result of JLU 2026 will be announced through online mode on the website. The university will also prepare a merit list for every qualified candidate in the entrance exam. A separate merit list will also be prepared by the authority for different courses as per the marks secured by the candidates in exam. 

It can be accessed by the candidates by entering the login credentials such as date of birth & enrolment number on the website. Applying candidates are suggested to keep the hard copy of the result safe for further usage in the admission procedure. 

JLU 2026 Cut Off 

After the announcement of the result, the JLU 2026 cut off will be published. The university will release the cut off marks through online mode. It will be the minimum marks that candidates will have to achieve to qualify the entrance exam. 

For various courses, cut off will be released separately on the website. Candidates will be shortlisted for the further admission based on the personal interview & other selection process. 

JLU 2026 Counselling

JLU 2026 counselling procedure will be organized for qualified candidates only. It will be held in September 2026. Those qualified candidates in the exam will have to participate in the counselling physically to the center mandatorily. 

Candidates will get final admission based on the availability of seats, marks scored by the candidates in entrance exam & personal interview round. Applicants will need to carry all the required documents for the verification process. Final seats will be allocated to the candidates after verifying the required original documents.
