Following are the complete tentative AFMC MBBS 2023 dates:

AFMC MBBS 2023 Result

The result of AFMC MBBS 2023 has been released through online mode. The authority has published the AFMC MBBS result in the form of merit list. Every year AFMC provides a separate merit list for boys and girls. The merit list has been declared on the basis of entrance exam final scores. The final merit list of the selected candidates can be released on the website.

The separate merit list can also be prepared by the authority for male and female candidates. Admission is subjected to the final merit position of the candidates. The remaining candidates is put on the waiting list.

The selection of the candidates for AFMC MBBS 2023 is on the basis of merit list. The shortlisted candidates are called for a Test of English language, Comprehension, Logic, and Reasoning (ToELR), Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), Interview and Medical examination.

The candidates whose name appear in the merit list are selected for further process. It is mandatory for selected candidates to participate in the process. The candidates are called for an interview to be held from 29th July 2023 at AFMC Pune.

AFMC MBBS 2023 Admission Procedure

For the NEET-UG 2023 score and screening at AFMC, two merit lists (separately for boys & girls) ia drawn. Only the shortlisted candidates are considered for admission in accordance with their final merit position.

The remaining candidates can be on the waiting list. The result is displayed on the website and at admission cell AFMC Pune. Medical examination is carried out by a Board of officers at AFMC Pune, before the final admission to the institute.

AFMC 2023 Application Form

Following are the complete details regarding the AFMC MBBS Application form 2023:

• The AFMC 2023 Application form will be released from second week of March 2023 through online mode.
• Candidates who want to apply for AFMC MBBS 2023 will be required to fill and submit all the asked details in the form.
• The last date of registration for the AFMC examination will be third week of April 2023.
• Only the candidates who satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria will be able to apply. All the necessary relevant details must be filled in the application form.
• Incomplete details in the application form will lead to rejection, so details entered in the form must be correct & complete.
• While filling application form, candidates must not forgot to upload passport size photograph & signature in the prescribed format.
• Once all details will be completely filled, candidates must not forget to take its print out for future use.

Application Fee:

• The application fee can be submitted online mode only through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit card, or UPI.
• General category candidate have to pay Rs.1700/-
• General- EWS/ OBC-NCL candidates have to pay Rs.1600/-.
• SC/ ST/ PWD/ Transgender category candidates have to pay Rs.1000/-.
• For those candidates who are applying from outside India, the application fee is Rs.9500/-.
• Candidates also have to pay additional charges and GST.

AFMC MBBS 2023- How to Apply

The candidates must follow the instructions given below to fill AFMC MBBS application form:

• Step-1: Go to the official website (Link will be given above).
• Step-2: Now click on, “New Candidates’ Registration” link.
• Step-3: Fill all required details in the application form.
• Step-4: After completely filling the form, upload passport size photograph & signature.
• Step-5: Re-check all the details in the application form.
• Step-6: Then submit the application fee via offline mode.
• Step-7: Now take printout of completely filled in application form for future use.

AFMC MBBS Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can check following eligibility norms before applying for AFMC MBBS 2023:

• Nationality: Indian nationals candidates will be eligible to apply for admission. The foreign national candidates who hold a valid Indian Citizenship or a certificate of eligibility from the Ministry of Home Affairs will be also eligible to apply.
• Marital Status: Only unmarried candidates will be eligible to apply.
• Age Limit: Interested candidates must not be born earlier than 1st January 2000 & not later than 31st December 2006.
• Educational Qualification: The candidates must have qualified the HSC exam from any recognized university or board.
• Mandatory Subject: The candidate should have completed their education in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English subjects.
• Minimum Marks: To be eligible, candidates must scored minimum 60% marks in PCB, & 50% in English & Science stream.

AFMC MBBS 2023 Exam Pattern

Candidates must check following exam pattern for the AFMC TOELR exam:

• Mode of Exam: The examination will be held via online (Computer-based) mode.
• Duration of Exam: Each candidate will get 30 minutes duration to solve the entire question paper.
• Total Number of Questions: 40 questions in total will be asked in the entrance exam.
• Type of Question: Objective-type questions will be asked in the entrance exam.
• Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will be awarded 2 marks in the entrance exam.
• Negative Marking: 0.5 marks will get deduct for each incorrect answer.
