Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) is a national level entrance exam conducted by Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM Indore). Admission through IPMAT 2026 will be offered to the 5 year Integrated Programme in Management. This exam is conducted once in every year for combining a Bachelor’s degree with a Master’s degree in the IPM program (under the dual-degree program).

IPMAT 2026 Application Form

• IPMAT 2026 Application form will be released from the second week of February 2026. 
• Applicants will be able to submit the registration form through online mode, no offline method will be available. 
• Before proceeding towards form filling, candidates must fulfill the complete eligibility criteria below. 
• There will be various steps in the IPMAT registration process such as self-registration, form filling, documents upload, submission of fee, & final submission. 
• After form filling, upload a scanned photograph & signature in prescribed format & size. 
• In case of any mistake made in the application form, candidates will be able to make corrections in it during the edit window. 
• During correction, candidates will be allowed to make changes in 6 fields only. 
• The last date to submit the application form will be till April 2026. 
• Recheck the details & do not forget to take a hardcopy of the application for further usage. 

Application Fee: 

• Registration fee will be submitted through online mode. 
• Online facility such as credit card, debit card, internet banking, mobile banking or UPI will be available to submit the fee. 
• Once submitted, the application fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

How to Apply for IPMAT 2026 

Know steps below to apply for IPMAT 2026 exam:

• Visit the website of IPMAT (Link will be given above). 
• On the webpage, select the “New Registration” option. 
• After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the self registration portal. 
• Now enter the asked details in the form & press “Login” option. 
• The application form will appear on the screen. 
• Fill the application form with details such as personal, education & other details. 
• Upload the documents such as Photograph, signature & certificate in prescribed format. 
• Recheck the details & press the “save & proceed” button. 
• Select the payment mode & pay the application fee. 
• Press the “save & submit” button on the webpage. 
• Do not forget to download the filled application form for further usage. 

IPMAT 2026 Application Correction 

IPMAT 2026 application correction facility will be provided in April 2026. Candidates will be able to make corrections in submitted form through online mode. During the edit facility, candidates will be able to edit their submitted form. The correction window will be open for 2 to 3 days only. 

With the help of a correction window, candidates will be allowed to make changes in every field. Few fields will be allowed to change in application such as applicant photograph, signature, mobile number, email address, exam centre preferences, and interview city preference. 

IPMAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates can check complete IPMAT 2026 eligibility criteria in the section below: 

• Qualification: Candidates should have passed standard XII/ HSC or equivalent exam in 2024, 2025 or appearing in 2025 will apply. 
• Age Limit: Those candidates who have been born on or after August 1st, 2025 (5 years of relaxation for SC/ST/ PWD category is given i.e born on or after August 1st, 2000) can apply. 
• Marks: In qualifying exam, candidates must score a minimum of 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in case of General & NC OBC category. 55% aggregate or equivalent CGPA for candidates belonging to SC, ST or PwD category. 
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in 2025 or 2026 can also be eligible to apply. 

IPM Admission Procedure 2026

IIM Indore will offer admission in a five year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) through its own aptitude test and personal interview. Candidates seeking admission in IPM programs will have to undergo through AT & PI.

The final selection of the candidate will be made by the admission committee. The programme registration will begin from the month of August 2026. The admission procedure will be conducted through online/offline mode as decided by the institution.

IPMAT Entrance Exam 2026

The entrance exam will test the candidate’s aptitude, logical reasoning and proficiency in English & Mathematics subjects. The exam will be conducted in various cities across the country. The exam will be held on 4th May 2026 in the afternoon shift.

The test will have three sections, i.e. Quantitative Ability (MCQ), Quantitative Ability (Short Answer Questions) and Verbal Ability (MCQ). Four marks will be given for each correct answer and minus one mark negative marking will be done.

IPMAT Result/Merit List 2026

The institute will set a minimum cut-off criteria to select the qualified candidates of the aptitude test. The IPMAT Result will be announced in the month of June 2026 through online mode after the entrance test. Candidates make sure to keep their result safe for further use.

For each section, the cut-off will be decided by the admission committee. The merit list will be created separately for General, EWS, OBC-NC, ST, SC & PwD categories. The computation of aptitude test score is given below:

 IPMAT Selection Process 2026 

Candidates can appear in IPMAT Counselling process after the declaration of IPMAT Result. After qualifying the aptitude test, candidates will have to attend the PI (Personal Interview). The interviews will be conducted through online/offline mode from the month of June/July 2026. This will be intimated by the institute to the candidates.

Candidates will be provided admission as per the computation of the composite score. The composite score will be decided by adding the aptitude test score and personal interview score. After the final selection, candidates will have to report to the institution with required documents and admission fee.
