REAP 2023REAP 2023 Seat Allotment (5th Round) has been released on 10th August 2023 Rajasthan candidates only. REAP stands for Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process. It is regulated for undergraduate courses in engineering field. Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan organizes this state-level admission procedure. There is no entrance examination for the REAP. The admission will be given on the basis of the merit list. REAP 2023 Application Form

Before filling out the application form, read the below-given details carefully:

  • REAP 2023 Application form has been released through online mode.
  • To take part in the counselling process, candidates have to register themselves from the 28th May 2023.
  • Candidates must note that the application process is regulating only once, therefore candidates must ensure to submit the correct application form.
  • The information which will be provided by the candidates in the application form must be the same as it appears in their 10th/ 12th mark sheet.
  • Candidates are able to submit their application form before the 7th July 2023, as after the due date of submission the authorities will not accept any application form.
  • There is no correction facility for the candidates after submitting the application form.
  • Candidates needs to take the printout of the application form for future references.

Application Fee:

  • Every applicant need to pay the application fee of Rs. 295/-.
  • Candidates can use payment options like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and E-Wallet payment gateway for the transaction of application fees.
  • Fee is non-refundable once paid.

REAP 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form of REAP 2023. The REAP eligibility criteria is mentioned below:

For B.Tech. Course:

  • Qualification: A 12th pass applicant can apply for REAP 2023. However, he/she must have studied Physics & Mathematics at the 12th level as compulsory subjects.
  • Qualifying Marks: Candidates need to obtain at least 45% marks (40% marks for the ST/SC/PWD/OBC/ SBC of Rajasthan) in the qualifying exam.
  • Appearing: Candidates taking up the final exam will also be able to apply for the same.

For B.Arch. Courses:

  • Qualification: Candidate must have passed or appeared in the 10+2 intermediate or equivalent examination.
  • Marks: The candidate must have at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination and will be required to be eligible for the admission procedure.
  • Subject: Candidate must have Mathematics as a mandatory subject in the qualifying examination.
  • Score: Candidates must hold a valid score in the NATA to be eligible for the admission procedure.

REAP 2023 Merit List

The Merit List for the REAP 2023 has been released by the authority through online mode. The REAP merit list has been released a few days after the completion of the online registration process. The candidates who have registered successfully are able to view the merit list.

The online mode has been available to access the merit list for the REAP 2023. The merit list contain the names of the shortlisted candidates rank-wise for the counselling procedure. Candidates whose names come on the merit list will be called for the counselling process.

REAP 2023 Cut-off

The REAP 2023 Cut off will be released by the authority through online mode. The REAP cut off will be depend on the various factors like number of candidates who participated in the admission procedure, the number of seats available. The list will be published on the website for various categories. The cut off marks will be decided by the authority on the basis of the performance of the candidates.

REAP 2023 Counselling

The REAP Counselling procedure is conducted by the authority through online mode only. The counselling process is conducted in the various rounds as per the availability of seats after each round of counselling.

Counselling hast been started from 28th May 2023. Filling of online preferences has been started.  The counselling process for the REAP 2023 is followed by various rounds including the choice filling, Allotment of seats, and reporting at the allotment center.

The seats have been allotted to the candidates on the basis of their rank in the REAP 2023 merit list. Candidates will have to report to their allotted center within the given period of time for confirming their seat after allotment of seat.

REAP 2023 Admission                

The REAP 2023 Admission procedure is regulated on the basis of the candidate’s merit in various National level entrance exams and 10+2 examination. The seats have been allotted to the candidates on the basis of a combined merit list which will be released by the authority for every registered candidate.

The candidate will also have to carry some of the important documents at the time of the admission procedure. Following documents will be required at the time of reporting at their allotted center for the verification round.

  • 10th & 12th Pass certificate & mark sheets
  • Category taking by OBC/ SBC in the required format
  • PWD Certificate (if applicable)
  • Certificate for Ex-servicemen
  • NATA/JEE Main Score Card
  • Provisional seat allotment letter
