• Candidates can fill UU 2024 application form via online & offline both modes.
• The registration process has been started from 1st December 2023.
• The last date to apply for UU 2024 will be last week of July 2024.
• The application process through CUET UG will be made available from first week of February till third week of March 2024.
• While filling application form, candidates must not forget to upload passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format.
• Authority does not provide any correction facility, so one must fill the form correctly & carefully.
• All communication details can be sent to candidate’s registered number & ID, so it must be valid & working.
• Candidates must ensure they fulfill each eligibility norms as form can be accepted only of eligible candidates.
• Once all details are completely filled, candidates must not forget to take print out of online application form for future use.

Application Fee:

• Candidates can submit the application fee via online or offline (any) mode.
• Credit card, debit card or net banking method is used to submit the application fee.
• The application fee is Rs. 1200/- for every candidate.
• The processing fee of Rs. 50/- shall be charged for transaction.
• For offline mode, Demand Draft (DD) must be used in favor of Uttaranchal University payable at Dehradun.
• In any case, application fee is non-refundable.

For UnderGraduate (UG) courses:

For B.Tech course:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have qualified 12th level examination from any recognized board or university.
• Mandatory Subject: One must have Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) as mandatory subject in the qualifying exam.
• Percentage: To be eligible, one must have scored minimum 50% (45% for SC/ ST)  in the qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Those candidates appearing in 12th standard will be also eligible to apply.

For BCA course:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have qualified 12th level examination from any recognized board or university.
• Percentage: To be eligible, one must have scored minimum 45% (40% for SC/ ST)  in the qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Those candidates appearing in 12th standard will be also eligible to apply.

For PostGraduate (PG) courses:

For M.Tech course:

• Qualification: Candidates must have B.Tech/ B.E (UG) degree from any recognized board or university.
• Percentage: One must have scored atleast 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST) to be eligible for same.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam will be also eligible to apply.

For MBA course:

• Qualification: One must qualify graduate level exam from any recognized board or university.
• Percentage: Students must have scored minimum 50% (45% marks) in qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam will be also eligible to apply.

Uttaranchal University 2024 Admission Procedure

Uttaranchal University (UU) 2024 admission procedure includes various steps such as registration, fee payment, merit scores and then counselling. Though, admission will be given to candidates on the basis of their scored in 12th level for UG programmes & UG level marks for PG programmes.

Further, candidates will get admission on the basis of National level exam scores of GATE, JEE Main etc. Final admission will be given to candidates after counselling fee payment & document verification.

Uttaranchal University 2024 Merit List

The merit list for Uttaranchal University 2024 will release through online mode. It will be published in second week of August 2024. Separate merit list will be released for JEE Main rank holders who applied for admission through B.Tech.

Authority will prepare merit list on the basis of 12th & national level scores. Candidates whose name will appear in the merit list will further have to participate in counselling process.

Uttaranchal University 2024 Counselling

The counselling process for Uttaranchal University 2024 will be held via offline mode. It will be held in first week of September 2024. It will be mandatory for all shortlisted candidates to participate in the counselling process.
