Azad Institute of Pharmacy & Research (AIPR), Lucknow

Azad Institute of Pharmacy & Research (AIPR) is an institution under the aegis Azad Educational Society (AES). The AES was established and registered in 1991 under the Society Registration Act 1860. AIPR was established in the year 2005 with the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) and Master in Pharmacy (M.Pharma). It is approved by the PCI & AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated with UPTU, Lucknow.

Campus

The AIPR with an independent campus located in lush green picturesque landscape ideal for study and research. In keeping with its objective of providing the best possible pharmaceutical education, AIPR established a state of art infrastructural facilities. Beside modern instruments and equipments, AIPR has also qualified, experienced and conscientious faculty.

Facilities

The vast facilities are provided by the AIPR Institute. It has a large central library in which numbers of books are available. The library is well-organized and maintained. It has also the journals and thesis database. It has spacious and ventilated classrooms, laboratories, workshops, instrument labs, computer labs, hostels, etc. The university has its own transport facilities.

The institute offers the courses in Undergraduate and Post-graduate in B.Pharma and M.Pharma. The institution offers the B.Pharma which is of four-year (8 semesters) course and M.Pharma of two years course.

Placement

The placement cell arranges the final placement as management trainees with renowned national and international companies through interviews of the final year students. The main of the placement cell is to act as a nodal and a facilitator to arrange campus visits to conduct the recruitment process of the prospective employers for the placement of graduates of the institute. The cell also seeks opportunities for the students for their better placement and careers.
