Guru Nanak College of Engineering & Management, Roorkee

Guru Nanak College of Engineering & Management (GNCEM) is a private and self-financing institution set up by the Guru Nanak Educational Society and administered by the Guru Nanak Education Trust Group of Institution. The college is affiliated to the Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun and approved by the AICTE and MHRD and UBTE.

Campus:

The GNCEM is located in the Roorkee campus named Hermes Technical Campus. The campus is sited on the Dehradun – Roorkee Road (NH-58) in Village Kheri Shikohpur near Chhutmalpur at Roorkee in Haridwar, the district of Uttarakhand. The campus is 34 km away from Dehradun. The campus is comprised in five colleges and GNCEM is one of them.

The institute offers 240 seats for the admission as the annual intake capacity of all programmes. The GNCEM has more than 60 faculty members from all departments.

The GNCEM provides the air-conditioned classrooms, a digital library with a membership of DELNET & having 8000 books of engineering studies, separate hostel for boys & girls, laboratories, a cafeteria, transportation, gymnasium, playground & seminar & conference hall.

Activities:

The campus has a student activity centre which regulates cultural activity, sports activity, literary activities and technical activities. The students are encouraged to participate in inter-college and inter-university sports and technical competition.
