Islamic University of Science and Technology, Pulwama
The Islamic University of Science and Technology is also stands for IUST. This university is established on 7th November 2005 by an Act No. XVIII passed in J&K State Legislature and notified by the State Government. This university is approved by UGC and technical programmes provided by this university are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The IUST is located in Awantipora, a small town situated on the NH (national highway) 1A in Kashmir. The transportation is available for this university throughout the day.
