Pacific University, Udaipur
Pacific University, Udaipur was established in the year 1997. It is approved by (All India Council for Technical Education). It has established more than twenty one institutes and provides higher education in the diverse fields of engineering, management, computer application, hotel management, arts, law, commerce, basic and applied sciences etc. The university offers many courses in the field of Pharmacy also. The university aims to impart quality education in various technical and professional disciplines.
Campus
The University Campus is spread over 100 acres of lush green land and has a build up area of more than 250,000 sq.mt. The campus provides a perfect educational environment which is free from any type of pollution and is easily accessible.
Facilities
The university provides all the necessary facilities to the students such as library which has a collection of over 250,000 books, 1000 national and 400 international journals, students project reports etc, laboratory which have been created with an objective of providing a facility with all the basic equipments required for analysis and research, separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, well facilitated computer centers, air conditioned classrooms etc are provided by the university.
Programmes
The university offers course in MBA (Master of Business Administration) and PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management). The duration of both the courses is two years. It also offers Ph.D in management stream The university also offers undergraduate and postgraduate programme in the medical field. It offers undergraduate course in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS). The duration of the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course is four years with the compulsory rotational internship training of one year while the duration of the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) course is three years. It offers various specializations in the MBA course.
