Roorkee College of Pharmacy (RCP), Roorkee is a Christian minority educational institution. It has been set up in the Uttarakhand state under the August Aegis of Noble Christian Education and Religious fund. It was founded in the year 2003. The mission of the college is to develop the skilled, educated and dedicated manpower in the field of Pharmacy. The institute is affiliated to UTU, Dehradun and approved by AICTE, New Delhi & PCI, New Delhi. It offered courses in D.Pharma, B.Pharma and M.Pharma.
Campus
The campus is situated in Roorkee-Dehradun National Highway No.58, only 170 km from the national capital, New Delhi. The campus excellent site ensures convenient bus and rail services from all parts of the country. The building has well spacious and illuminated classes, rich library, state-of-the-art laboratories, herbal garden, health centre, computer centre, etc. It has separate laboratories for all departments of pharmaceutical.
Facilities
RCP College provided the all necessary facilities which are the primary need of any student. It has well maintained classrooms, ventilated labs, well furnished auditorium with maximum numbers of seating arrangement and a large library. It has many other facilities inside the campus boundaries like gymnasium, hostels for boys and girls, lecture halls, herbal garden, health care centre, museum, ATM, animal house, common room, cafeteria, connectivity and transport.
