The STIBAS, Roorkee was established on 2008 by the Govt. of Uttarakhand. The aim of the institute is to provide best education in the field of Pharmacy. The Degree provided by the Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun has been accredited by the AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, New Delhi. It offered course in Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy.

The college has excellent infrastructure facilities including State-Of-Art equipment, instruments, centralized Instrumentation Centre, Pilot plant and library having latest books, national and international journals. The ‘Soul’ of the institute, the faculty is highly qualified and its faculty members hold its doctorate degree.
