Sri Rajiv Gandhi College of Dental Sciences & Hospital offers courses in medical specialties in undergraduate and postgraduate level. The institution was formed in the year 1992 and is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka and is approved by Dental Council of India (DCI).

Programmes

Sri Rajiv Gandhi College of Dental Sciences & Hospital runs undergraduate and postgraduate dental courses like Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS). The duration of the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course is five years with the compulsory rotational internship training of one year while the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) course is having the duration of three years. The candidates those want to pursue BDS course must have passed in the subject of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in qualifying examination taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
