Thakur Chhedilal Barrister College of Agriculture & Research Station was established in year 2001. It is affiliated with the Indira Gandhi Agricultural University. The college is approved by the Indian Council for Agriculture Research (ICAR). It is affiliated with the UGC. The university is well connected with the other colleges. At present the T.C.B. College carrying a four year Undergraduate degree programme of B.Sc. (Agriculture). Apart from the teaching, site specific research and extension programmes are also carried in the station. PG programmes are likely to be started. The annual intake on B.Sc (Agriculture) is 72. The duration of the course is 8 semesters (4 years).

The placement cell organizes the campus interviews for the students. It invites the various organizations like national banks, firms, companies and institutes.
