Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur
Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University is a public university established on 12th July 1960. It is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission). This university was previously known as Bhagalpur University it was renamed to Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University in 1991.
Campus
This university has a modern and sprawling campus located in Tatarpur, Bhagalpur district of the state of Bihar. The campus has been spread over 264 acres of land. The campus is well-connected through the road and rail transport.

Admission
Students will be admitted to the LL.M programme on the basis of honours marks and admission test. For admission in Ph. D course, students are required to appear in the Pre-Ph.D. Exam Test. Admissions will be given on the basis of merit list. The merit list will be drawn as per the marks obtained in the admission test.
