Bihar Polytechnic 2024 Application Form has been released on 12th April 2024. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is the main conducting authority that organizes the Bihar Polytechnic entrance examination. It is a state level exam that is commonly known as Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (DCECE). Bihar Polytechnic 2024 Application Form will be made available through online process. The form has been released from 12th April 2024.

The last date to fill & submit the application is till 11th May 2024 (after one month of the releasing of the application form). Candidates can pay the fee either through online (debit/ credit card/ net banking) or offline (Bank Challan).

Step-1: Online Registration

• Candidate have to visit the website link for online registration.

• Then, candidate have to click on the link “Apply for DCECE[PE/PPE/PMD/PM]-2024”.
• Now, click on “New Registration” button.

• Now you have to fill your Name, Course group, Date of birth, residential eligibility, reservation category, and other required fields.

Course Group: Candidates have to write that course for which they appear in DCECE 2024 (Write – PE/ PPE/ PMD/ PM)

Name of the Candidate: Write your first name, middle name and last name in the given boxes. The candidate name spelling should be written as same mentioned in mark sheet of the Matric.

Date of Birth (DOB): Select your date of birth in the column. In first box you write the date of your birth than in second box you have to write the month of your birth (if you born in March, write 03) and in third box that are given write the year of your birth.

Permanent Resident: Select YES or NO if you are a Permanent Resident of Bihar.

Regional Eligibility: Candidate have to select their regional eligibility option.

Category: Write the category from which you belong i.e GEN (General Category), SC (Scheduled Caste), ST (Scheduled Tribe), EBC (Extremely Backward Class), BC (Backward Class).

Mobile No.: Candidate have to enter their 10 digit mobile number for further communication.

E-mail ID: Enter your personal email id for future communication.

Password: Enter Password & save it for further use.

Security Question/Security Answer: Select Security Question & write Security Answer.

Captcha Text: Enter the given captcha verification.

• After filling all the details, click on “Sign up” button.
• If you fill any information incorrect, then click on the “Change” button.
• If not, then click on “Confirm” button.

• After that, you will get an activation link on your registered email id.
• Click on “Click Here to Verify/ Activate” link.

• Enter activation code given on email ID & click on “submit” button.

Step-2: Personal Information

• Now, you have to login with “Login ID” & “Password”.

• You have to click on the “Personal Information” link.
• You have to fill all the entries carefully such as father name, mother name, gender, mark of identification, Do you claim Service Man Quota (SMQ)?, address, etc.
• After that, click on “Save & Continue” button.

Step 3: Upload Scanned Images

• You have to upload your scanned photograph and Hindi & English signature in the given box.
• The size of the photograph should be (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm).
• After uploading of the scanned documents, you have to click on  “Save & Continue” button.

Step-4: Educational Information

• Now, you have to click on the “Fill the Education Information” & fill your educational qualification information.
• Then, click on the “Save & Continue” button.

• After click on the submit button, the preview page is open.
• Candidates verifies their filled entries carefully & then click on submit button.

Step-5: Examination Fee

• After successful registration, you have to enter your username (Registration No.) & password & click on Login button.
• Now, you have to pay the application form fee.

• You can pay the fee either through offline mode or online mode.
• If you have to pay the fee through offline mode then click on “Print Your Bank Challan Here”.
• And if you have to pay the fee through online mode then click on “Click To Make Online Payment”.
  • For 1 group: 750/- (Rs.480/- for SC/ST)
  • For 2 group: 850/- (Rs.530/- for SC/ST)
  • For 3 group: 950/- (Rs.630/- for SC/ST)
  • For 4 group: 1150/- (Rs.730/- for SC/ST)

Only VISA & MASTER Card is applicable in online payment mode.

Step-6: Download Application

After filling the form, the candidate can download the Application Form (PART A & PART B). Candidate keep the one copy of the application with themselves & send the another copy in the office of the board.

If candidate see the upload images are wrongly uploaded then, they can correct it at the time of correction period.

Candidate have to paste the same photograph that he uploaded in the online application form in the hard copy given box. Candidate have also sign the Hindi/English signature in the given box.
