AEEE 2026 Application Form
Here’s everything you need to know about AEEE 2026 Registration including its start date, last date to apply, procedure, necessary documents, etc.
- AEEE 2026 Application Form process will begin for Phase 1 in the third week of October 2025.
- Complete application procedure will be carried out in online mode only.
- Students must not fill multiple application forms as it will not be accepted and may lead to cancellation of result at later stage.
- After completely filling the application online, students need not to send hardcopy of online form to the University. However, retain its copy for any further references.
- Corrections in application details is possible. Students need to inform Directorate of admissions prior to exam as no requests in change of data in application will be considered after exam.
- AEEE registration last date to apply for 2026 will be last week of January 2026 for Phase 1 admissions.
- After appearing for Phase I, students can appear for Phase II as well with additional fee of Rs.600/- to improve their scores.
Application Fee:
- AEEE application fee can be paid via online mode via credit card/ debit card/ net banking.
- Fee is Rs. 1200/- for AEEE+ JEE applicants as well as for AEEE only.
- Those applying for Amrita B.Tech admissions via JEE Main scores only, application fee is Rs. 500/-.
- Additional fee of Rs.600 for applicants of Phase 2 who already appeared in Phase I.
- Fee once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
How to Apply for AEEE 2026
Know step by step procedure to apply for Amrita B.Tech admission 2026 via AEEE:
- Make personal profile by filling personal details such as name, address, contact details, state, etc.
- Now fill up the application form by submitting your exam name, choice of city, JEE Main percentile. Preview and submit form.
- Pay AEEE registration fee / apply with JEE Main percentile.
- Now fill academic details like jee scorecard, +2 marks, details etc.
- Upload your documents of 10+2 level, JEE Main scorecard, etc.
- Students must note that the above two steps are however not mandatory while registering and can be filled after result declaration.
AEEE Eligibility Criteria 2026

- Nationality: Indian as well as foreign nationals are eligible to apply for AEEE.
- Qualifying level: Students should have passed 10+ 2 level from a recognised board or university.
- Qualifying Subjects: Students in the 12th level, should have passed with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
- Qualifying Marks: Aggregate of 60% marks in PCM and 55% each in PCM subjects should be attained in order to be eligible.
- Age Criteria: Those applying for Amrita B.Tech, their DOB must fall on or after 1st July 2004.
- Selection Procedure: Besides AEEE, candidates with valid JEE Main scores are eligible to apply. Best of the two scores will be considered.
AEEE Exam Pattern 2026

- Mode: The exam will be held via computer based test mode at selected cities in the country.
- Duration: 150 Minutes (total 2.5 hours) will be provided to complete the exam.
- of Questions: The question paper will have around 100 questions.

- Slots: The exam will he organized in three slots daily, i.e. (8:30 AM to 11:00 AM, 12:00 Noon to 2:30 PM & 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM).

AEEE 2025 Slot Booking
Slot booking process of AEEE 2026 will be started via online mode. Applying candidates will be able to select their Date and Time as per their preference during slot booking. It will be started from April 2026 for Phase I.
Candidates will have to book their slots before downloading the admit card from the website. Slot booking is based on a first come and first serve process. In case candidates will not exercise their option, then they will be assigned a date/slot as per the availability of the same.
AEEE Admit Card 2026
Candidates will be able to download the AEEE 2026 admit card from January 2026 for phase I. It will be accessible through online mode from the website. To download the admit card, candidates need to use their login credentials such as email and phone number.

It will be downloaded in the form of AEEE rank card. Qualified candidates in entrance exam will be able to participate in further counselling procedure.
AEEE 2026 Cut Off
AEEE 2026 Cut off is the minimum scores which students need to score in exam to participate in further counselling session. It will be released through online mode on the website.
After the announcement of the result, the cut off will be published by the university. University will prepare the cut off after considering various factors such as difficulty level of exam, past trends, etc.
AEEE Counselling/ Seat Allotment 2026
Counselling for AEEE 2026 will be organised by Amrita University for shortlisted candidates. There will be different stages held in the counselling process. Candidates with a valid score of AEEE/ SAT/ JEE Main will be eligible to participate in counselling.
Those candidates who wish to join the Amrita B.Tech program will have to participate in the Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP). 70% of seat allotment will be given through AEEE for B.Tech programs and 30% of seat allotment will be given through JEE for B.Tech. Candidates will be able to choose to apply either through AEEE or JEE Mains 2026 individually or even select both.
