- Nationality: Applying candidates must be Indian Nationals to apply for admission.
- Domicile: Candidates must have a Domicile certificate of Jharkhand State.
- Age Limit: To apply, the minimum age of applicants must be between 14 years and maximum age of 40 years as on 1st July 2026. The minimum age for mechanic motor vehicle business will be 17 years & 5 years of age relaxation will be given for widows of military personnel.
- Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must pass 8th/ 10th level exams from a recognized board or university.
- Subjects: In qualifying exams, candidates must have Mathematics & Science as a mandatory subject.
