UCEED Counselling Schedule 2025

UCEED 2025 Counselling
Candidates those will qualify the UCEED 2025 written entrance examination will be able to fill the application form for B.Des programme offered by IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, and IIITDM Jabalpur.
Seats will be allotted based on the applicant UCEED rank, category and choice of institution. UCEED 2025 score card will be valid only for 1 year in the academic session of the year of exam. The seats will be allotted round-wise.
UCEED Seat Allocation 2025
The competent authority will organise various rounds of seat allocation. Seat allotment will be released on 21st April 2025 for round 1. The seats will be allocated on the basis of UCEED rank, category and choice of institution. The shortlisted candidates will receive the provisional allotment letter on their registered email Id.
After that candidates will have to remit the seat acceptance fee of Rs.60,000 for General/ OBC/ EWS and Rs.15000 for ST/ SC/ PWD. If any applicant will not appear in the admission rounds, the seat will be transferred to the next applicant on merit basis. The candidates must select three institutions for the admission.

Candidates those will qualify the UCEED 2025 entrance exam will be only able to fill the application form for admission. There will be a common application form for applying in the three institutions.
The UCEED Office, IIT Bombay will process the common application form and prepare the joint seat allocation process. Candidates will be able to access the application form from the IIT Bombay Admission Portal.
In the application form candidates will have to fill in the personal details and the choice of institute in the order of preference. For B.Des candidates of all categories and genders will have to pay the Rs. 1000/– as application processing fee.

UCEED Admission Form 2025
Candidates must register for the admission in a particular university by filling up the application form. After a few days of the release of result, the candidates will be able to fill the admission form of the university in which they want to get admission.
Each university will invite eligible applicants to offer admission on the basis of their merit. Seat allotment for 1st round will be released on 21st April 2025. Seat allotment for second round will be started on 19th May 2025.

What is supplementary round?.
If a seat exists after the 3rd round, supplementary rounds of allotment may be conducted based on the availability of seats and willingness of the participating institute.
