CGC Landran 2026 Application Form

• Registration for CGC Landran 2026 has been started for various UG & PG courses. 
• Applicants are able to apply for the same through online as well as offline mode on the website. 
• It is mandatory to fulfill the complete eligibility criteria from the below to avoid rejection. 
• During form filling process, candidates have to enter the details such as personal, academic & communicational details. 
• There is no facility to make correction in the application form, so be careful while filling the form. 
• Complete it by uploading the documents such as Photograph and signature in prescribed format. 
• The deadline to complete the registration procedure will be till the last week of June 2026. 
• Recheck the filled details and do not forget to take a hardcopy of the registration form. 

Application Fee: 

• Registration fee can be submitted via online mode only, no other method is provided. 
• Rs. 1000/- is the application fee for CGC Landran 2026. 
• Online facilities such as Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking are available. 
• Once paid, registration fee is non-refundable. 

CGC Landran 2026 Eligibility Criteria 

In the section below, we have provided the complete CGC Landran 2026 eligibility criteria: 

For B.Tech Course: 

• Qualification: Those passed candidates in 10+2 exam from any board recognized by Central/ State Government through a legislation and a member of Council of Boards of School Education (CORSE), New Delhi. OR 
• To be eligible for the exam, candidates with a 2 years certificate course from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal (SLIET). 
• Those who have completed a 3 years Diploma form Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, Longowal (SLIET), or any equivalent examination from any other recognized State Board of Technical Education. 
• Marks: Aspirants with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of reserved category) will be eligible to apply. 
• Subjects: Candidates must pass with subjects such as Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship. 

For BBA Course: 

• Qualification: Candidates passed in 10+2 exam in any stream from any recognized board will be eligible to apply. 
• Those candidates passed the matriculation exam of any recognized organization and had a three-year diploma in any trade from Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training or from other recognized organization of equivalent status or from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering &Technology, Longowal. 

For MBA Course/ MBA (Working Professional):

• Qualification: Candidates with bachelor degree in any discipline from any recognized university will be eligible to apply. 
• Marks: In qualifying exam, candidates with 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category candidates) will be eligible to apply. 

For M.Tech Course: 

• Qualification: From any recognized university/ institute, candidates have done bachelors degree in B.Tech or BE to apply. 
• Scorecard: To apply for admission, a valid scorecard of GATE Exam will be required. 

CGC Landran 2026 Admission Process 

The authority will offer admission in various courses through national level entrance tests like JEE Main, CUET, GATE etc. Admission in B.Tech courses will be done through PTU counselling based on JEE Main rank.

Students can also apply for admission through direct walk in. Both of the modes, i.e. online and offline are applicable for admission in CGC landran. For offline mode, candidates have to visit their admission desk.

CGC Landran Merit List 2026

The admissions will be provided in different courses on the basis of merit list. CGC landran merit list will be released through online mode. As per the rank scored by the candidates, they can appear in the counselling process.

 The merit list will be prepared as per the details filled by the candidates in the application form, candidates’ performance in the qualifying exam, category, availability of seats etc. Candidates will have to enter their login details to view the merit list.

CGC Landran Cut-off 2026 

On the basis of cut-off, students will get admission in various courses offered by CGC Landran. Below we have mentioned the last year cut-off for B.Tech courses (specialization wise). 

CGC Landran Counselling 2026

CGC Landran admission process will be organized through online/offline both modes. Students can directly walk-in for admission, they can obtain the admission form from the admission desk and submit the documents & photograph. After the eligibility check, candidates can pay their fee and admission will be confirmed.

For B.Tech programme, PTU counselling will be conducted through online mode. The counselling will be organized in mostly two rounds, if any seats left vacant then spot round will also be conducted. The counselling process will have steps like registration & fee payment, rank preparation, choice filling, counselling result announcement and reporting to the allotted institutions.
