Delhi University 2025 (DU) Eligibility
The admission into B.Tech courses is offered on the basis of JEE Main score except B.Tech (Information Technology & Mathematical Innovation) course. Candidates should check the given eligibility before filling DU Application Form 2025. The eligibility criteria are as mentioned below:
For UG Courses (Through CUET UG):
- Qualification: One must have passed 12th level exam from any recognized board to be eligible.
- Age Limit: There will be no upper & lower age limit criteria.
- Appearing: Candidates who are appearing their 12th will also be eligible to apply.
For UG Courses (Merit Based):
- Applying candidates will have to pass their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- There will be no minimum age bar limit to get admission into UG course in the University & its colleges (except in profession courses). Gap year(s) would be no bar for purposes of admission to the undergraduate courses.

- Qualification: Candidates must be graduated from a recognised university/ institute to be eligible for CUET-UG.
- Age Criteria: No age restrictions will be there to apply for the exam.
- Appearing: Final year appearing candidates will also be able to fill registration form.
- Candidates must fulfil required age criteria of the university for which they will be applying.
For UG/ PG Courses (Entrance Based):
- There will be no minimum age bar limit for admission into UG & PG courses in the university & its colleges (Except in the courses where regulatory bodies are MCI, AICTE, BCI, NCTE, DCI, etc).
- Other eligibility like qualifying exam & percentage criteria of various courses will be as given below:
