ISI 2023 Cut Off
ISI Entrance 2023 Cut Off is released by the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata. The Institution conducts a national level examination to provide admission into various UG & PG courses in its campuses.
This examination is held in the name of the ISI entrance exam. The admission to these courses is done on the basis of merit list & interviews round. In this article, we have mentioned detailed information about ISI 2023 Cut Off.
ISI 2023 Result/ Merit list has been released on 8th June 2023. Candidates who will appear in the ISI Admission Test will be able to check the result via online mode. No offline mode will be entertained to check the result.
ISI 2023 Admission procedure is commenced after declaration of result. The admission to ISI will be strictly based on the merit of the candidates, which will be prepared on the basis of the candidate’s performance in admission test and interview.
The cut-off of ISI exam will be different from time to time. For multiple choice questions sections (UGA), the cut off remains around 60 to 75 out of 120. It will be based on the difficulty of the questions. If candidates pass the cut off at UGA round, then their composite score will be evaluated.
The cutoff of subjective type (UGB) round is around 35 to 50 out of 80. The final selection of the candidates will be based on a composite cut off marks:
Composite = (weight_1 * UGA marks) + (weight_2 * UGB marks/ short answer type)
Note: where weight_1 < weight_2.
