• Aspirants will be able to fill their application form of M.Sc. Nursing from fourth week of May 2024.

JIPMER Nursing 2024 Eligibility Criteria

M.Sc. Nursing Courses:

• Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian citizen to be eligible.
• Qualifications: Aspirants must have bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. nursing to apply.
• Marks: There is no specific marks criteria to apply.
• Experience: Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a staff nurse.
• Registration: Candidates must have registered themselves with the state registration council of nursing & midwifery.

Post Basic Nursing Courses:

• Qualifications: Aspirants must have diploma in general nursing & midwifery to apply.
• Experience: Candidates must have one year of experience in a hospital/ school of nursing after the completion of B.Sc. nursing/ PB nursing.
• Registration: Candidates must have registered themselves with the state registration council.

B.Sc. Nursing Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 10+2 level or its equivalent examination from any recognised board.
• Marks: One should obtained minimum of 50% marks (for OBC/SC/ST 40%, for PWD 45%) in their qualifying examination.
• Subjects: Aspirants must have physics, chemistry, biology/ biotechnology & English subjects in their qualifying exam.
• Score Card: Candidates must have valid score card of NEET 2024 examination.

JIPMER Nursing 2024 Admit Card

Admit card will be released in first week of July 2024. JIPMER Nursing Admit Card will be made available through online mode on the website. Candidates can download the admit card through login details. Examination date and venue will be mentioned on the admit card.

No candidates will be permitted to appear for the examination without a valid admit card and one ID proof. There will be no need to bring any unnecessary documents in the examination centre i.e. mobile, any other electronic device, bags etc. Take printout of the hall ticket and keep it safe for future references.

JIPMER Nursing 2024 Result/ Merit List

JIPMER Nursing Result will be declared in online mode on the website. It will be available to download from first week of July 2024. Based on the result merit list will be prepared. Authority will not provide any facility for request rechecking and evaluation of the result.

Result will contain details i.e. name of the candidates, subject wise marks, total marks scored etc. Do not forget to take printout of the filled application form for admission purpose. Final merit list will be released after few days the declaration of result.

JIPMER Nursing 2024 Counselling

JIPMER Nursing Counselling will be organised from the month of July/ August 2024. It will be organised through online or offline mode accordingly. It will be compulsory for the candidates to participate in the counselling procedure. Counselling will be the last stage of the admission. It will depend on various factors including seat allotment, document verification etc.

Seats will be allotted to the candidates as per the marks scores in the entrance examination and cut off. After the allotment of seats, candidates will need to report at the allotted centre with required documents and admission fee to confirm their seats. If in case the candidates fails to present on the allotted centre then seat will be cancelled to them and will be offered to next candidate.

Candidates will be called for the counselling based on the marks and reservation roaster point. Candidates will be able to opt or opt-out seats during their turn, it will depend on availability of seats.

Candidates will need to bring the required documents for verification. Seats will only be confirmed to the candidates after verifying all the documents and fee payment.
