MMU Eligibility Criteria 2026
Know MMU Eligibility criteria for admission in various UG and PG programmes:
For B.Tech:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have passed 12th level or its equivalent from a recognised board or university.
- Qualifying Subjects: Students must have passed 10+2 exam with English as compulsory subject with 5 subjects among Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Electronics, CS, IT, Electronics, Biology, Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Engineering Graphics/ Agriculture/ Business studies/ technical vocational subject.
- Qualifying marks: Students should have obtained minimum 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category) in above subjects taken together.
For MBA:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have passed Bachelor degree of minimum 3 years duration.
- Qualifying Marks: Students in qualifying degree should have obtained minimum 50% marks (45% marks in case of students belonging to reserved category).
MMU Admission Process 2026
MMU UG Admission 2026 has been started with the release of online application form. Candidates go through various process to become eligible for admission in various UG programmes. The process starts from registering online, submitting merit scores (12th level/ national level exam), participating in the counselling/ interview process.
No entrance exam is organised for admission in various UG and PG programmes. Students are given admission based on the scores of CUET/ JEE Main/ MAT/ CMAT/ GATE in the case of admission in B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MBA.
MMU Merit List 2026
The merit list of qualifying candidates is provided online on the website. The names of students who have been declared qualified and have passed the complete admission procedure is called out on the merit list.
In the case of two or more candidates in the merit list having equal percentage of marks, the marks obtained in the next lower qualifying exam will be considered for determining the merit. In case the tie still persists, students older in age will be given preference.
MMU Counselling 2026
The counselling process will be organised after the qualified candidates are called out in the merit list. Complete schedule of counselling/ admission will be provided on the website. According to the reporting schedule, students need to present themselves at the venue.
To confirm their admission and allocated seats in the University, students are required to deposit the admission fee at the time of counselling process. On the day of counselling, candidates must not forget to carry complete documents –
