Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology is government and co-educational college was established in the year 1994 as a learning centre of CIPET, Chennai. College is recognized by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Bihar. College has approved by AICTE- All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi and Department of Chemical and Petrochemical, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. College is affiliated to Anna University. It is an ISO 9001:2008 certified institute for its international standard of education.
Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology is situated in sacred land of Vaishali district of Bihar. Campus is well-connected by roads and railway network from all major nearby cities of the state. The Institute is spread over a sprawling area of 5.65 acres of land.
Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology offers 2 diploma courses, 2 PG diploma courses, 2 UG degree courses and 3 PG degree courses in plastic engineering and technology.
