College of Agriculture, Pune was established in the year 1908. It is affiliated to Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Agriculture University, Akola. The College is approved by the ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research). The College offers the degree course in Bachelor & Master of Agriculture and Horticulture.


The College of Agriculture is located very close to the bus and railway station and about 10 kms from the Lohgaon airport. The College is well-connected to the other metropolis of the country by road, rail and air. The College has main building with its grand dome, entrance hall, library, herbarium and laboratories for teaching and research in agriculture and many other branches.


There are numbers of facilities which are provided by the college for the students. The College has library as a information source, dispensary, hostels for both boys and girls, banks of different state, students co-operative stores, computer labs, internet and Wi-Fi access, VIP guest house, gymnasium and playgrounds, auditorium, co-curricular activities; NCC, NSS, students welfare activities, students counseling, competitive exams, educational tours and exposure visits, etc.


The College of Agriculture, Pune conduct the Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes in the field of agriculture. The annual intake of the college in the Bachelor of agriculture is 190+15 ICAR candidates with duration of 4 years.
