DRIEMS Group of Institutions, Cuttack

DRIEMS Group of Institutions, Cuttack was started in the year 1999. The institution is affiliated to BPUT. The institution offers course in various disciplines like engineering, management and science. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Campus

The institution is located in Cuttack, Odisha. The campus is spread in an area of 160 acres of land and is well equipped with all the remarkable facilities. It offers a perfect ambience to the students, which facilitate them in their studies.

Facilities

The classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated and equipped with audio and visual aids. The institution has a library which consists of  vast collection of books, magazines, journals, newspapers, reports covering all the areas of management and other fields. It also offers a computer centre which is equipped with latest configuration and internet connectivity. Management workshops are also provided to facilitate management students in their studies. Besides these various other recreational facilities are provided like cafeteria, sports facility etc.

Programmes

The institution provides degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme. The BBA programme is having the duration of three years while MBA programme is having the duration of two years. The institution also offers course in Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) which is also having the duration of two years and is equivalent to the degree of MBA.

Placement

The placement cell is an integral part of the institution. The training and placement cell of the institution interacts with the companies and organization regarding placement opportunities. The placement cell arranges various activities to groom the students like guest lectures, seminars, conference and workshops. The following recruiters have come for the campus placement NALCO, Tata Motors, Tata Steel, BHEL, HCL and Vodaphone etc.
