Jayoti Vidyapeeth Womens University (JVWU), Jaipur was established in the year 2008 by state legislature of Rajasthan. It is the first private women’s University in India. JVWU is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It is the centre of excellence promoting education in the field of engineering, management, law, pharmacy and many other fields.

Campus

The campus of Jayoti Vidyapeeth Womens University (JVWU) is situated in Vedant Gyan Valley, Mahla-Jobner Link Road, Jaipur Ajmer Express Way, Jharna, Jaipur of Indian state Rajasthan. The campus is easily approached by roads and well-connected by various modes of transportation.

Facilities

The college provides excellent infrastructural facilities that includes hostels for girls and boys separately, exclusive library accommodating books, journals, magazines, etc. It has a laboratory of various departments equipped with latest equipments, classrooms are highly ventilated and airy provides comfortable learning to the students. The college has facilities of transportation, fooding facility in mess and canteen, an air-conditioned auditorium, seminar hall, conference hall for meetings, and many more.

Programmes

Jayoti Vidyapeeth Womens University (JVWU), Jaipur runs full-time law courses in its institution. It offers 5-years integrated law courses, 3-years bachelor of law and 2-years master of law. To pursue LL.B programme, one must have completed graduation in any stream with minimum 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates). Besides this, it also offers pharmacy courses. Admission

Admission to the UG and PG law courses in JVWU will be offered through Joint National Entrance Examination (JNEE) conducted by the University. Selection will be purely done on the basis of candidate’s performance in entrance examination. Interested and eligible candidates can appear the JNEE.
