JNTUA College of Engineering, Pulivendula

JNTUA College of Engineering (JNTUACE) was established in the year 2006 as a fourth constituent college of Jawahar Lal Nehru Technical University. In the year 2008 the college has awarded as the status of autonomous institution of the JNTU-autonomous approved by the UGC.

Campus:

The campus is sited on Pulivendula Road in Kadapa (formerly known as the Cuddapah) in YSR district of AP. The campus is 3 km away from the Pulivendula Town and well-connected to the nearest cities by roads and rail network. The nearest railway station is Muddanur at 35 km. the campus is spread over in 165 acres of land.

Students, Faculty & Staff:

At present, the JNTUA College of Engineering offers 460 seats for admission as the annual intake in all programmes and has around 1200 student’s strengths. The campus has more than 460 faculty members 250 supporting staff from all departments.

Facilities:

The campus has a central library, a guest house, one administrative building, two messes, four academic blocks, four hostel blocks and staff quarters. In account of academic facilities, the college provides 355 computers & 3 servers, English language laboratories, central computer centre, internet facility with 2 Mbps speed and well-equipped science laboratories & workshop.

Activities:

The campus has branch wise student associations which are involved in extracurricular activities as sports, cultural, social and technical activities. The campus participates in various national seminars, workshops and conferences.

Placement:
