Kaka Saheb Mhaske Homoeopathic Medical College, Pune

Kaka Saheb Mhaske Homoeopathic Medical College, Pune came into existence in the year 1989. The college is managed by the Kakasaheb Mhaske Memorial Medical Foundation. The courses offered by the college are affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik and approved by the Central Council of Homoeopathy, New Delhi.

Campus

The college campus is spreading over the area of 17 acres and situated in Ahmednagar city of Maharashtra. The campus is situated behind the Hotel Chaitanya Classic, Bolhegaon Suburban. The college has three-storied building comprises of lecture halls, library, computer lab, etc.

Facilities

The college has world-class infrastructural facilities including library, laboratories of various department equipped with latest equipments and instruments, hostel facility for the students along with mess facility and availability of transportation facility. The well-maintained and spacious lecture halls have the facility of modern teaching aids and well-facilitated computer lab. The college has the hospital in its premises that provides medical and clinical facilities. Also, the training of the students will be carried out in this hospital. For the all round development of the students, sport facilities is also available in the campus.

Programmes

The college runs the regular undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of homeopathy. It offers the degree course in B.H.M.S. The admission to this course with be done through an entrance examination called NEET. It is a 41/2 years duration course along with one year compulsory internship after the completion of four and a half years academic education. The college also regulates PG course in MD (Hom).
