The Nalanda Institute of Technology (NIT) is recognized by the Govt. of Odisha. The Institution is permitted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and associated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT). The main aim of the Institution is to give quality education by imparting worth and quality based educating to the students.

Campus

The Campus has spread out in more than 32 sections of land of the area. All the campus is associated with the road facility. The Campus has an extensive, spacious and very much outfitted library for the students. On the campus, there is a Bank and ATM is available. There is green open garden and nonviolent surrounding.

Facilities

There is a separate 3 hostels for boys and 3 for girls with modern facilities and meeting the necessities of students. The Institution hostel is well-furnished and earth-air cooled. There has a 24 hour internet connection through wi-fi, on-campus games facilities, healthy and clean canteen and mess facility. There is also a 24×7 health check facility with urgent situation and safety with latest technology support.
